add an edit mesh modifier ontop of the edit poly then colapse and convert to edit poly again , should fix it in the case of merging the verts dont work
That's a good point, the promo pics are fine, just the in game that'll need adjusting- don't forget to use the mask1 and 2 modifiers to really tie it together =)
yeah , its unfortunate that the stack has to remain intact in this case as I need to copy the edit poly to another mesh. perhaps there should be an 'undo' modifier:)
I've been looking into how to make a bones setup for a tenticle and this is pretty similar, you need to do the bones as normal and then set up ik modifiers.
