When the company gave you the test, did they give you any guidelines or did they just say, model a character with armor, and you had to ask what the guidelines were. I think the MOBA focus on skill rather than the traditional loot and xp grind is the future. The face is a good start.. it does look a bit too masculine and severe though. Too many harsh lines.. not enough soft curves. Just look at that profile view of olivia wilde. Look at the slope of the cheeks and the subtle curves around the mouth and chin. The armor is looking really goopy. I would suggest retopologizing it…
