The problem is there is only so much resolution to represent the normals, so if you zoom in, eventually you're exceeding the resolution of the content. I think you're making your hard edges really hard, zoom out a bit and relax on the super sharp stuff. That ogre magi set looks like it has a lot of potential. Your textures could really benefit from some value control. Your yellows and greens and browns all just fade into each other, especially from a zoomed out view.
