2k al the way ;-) takes about as long to paint IMO and would be nice for renders then show it at 1k in engine, 128 texels per metre is generally thought of as reasonable for 360 therefore you could show it as 2k for high-end PC and 1K for 360
The game is a PS3/360 excluse, no PC version that is, not just a 360 exclusive. :) Either way, it looks pretty good. :) I enjoyed it very much, and am hoping the PC gets an update to BF2, as in same type of gameplay, just newer engine. :)
so its out next week, who's up for getting a gang going? i'm still on the fence about wether i'm getting the pc or 360 version. Would much prefer the pc version, but if there's going to be more activity online for the 360 i'l go that route
if you`re able to get it done before the first of june i think it would be great ^^ also uploaded a proper version of the 360 wip [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tbivr97JVQ"]Serge Birault 3D Contest 360 - YouTube[/ame]
The newly announced 360 title is the first game to utilize the unreal 3 engine seen here, A short clip was aired for the MTV 360 unvailing, watch it here. although the tralier is short and skippy it still boast some mean graphics and scary ass big monsters... Aside from Q4 this is the game i am most looking forward to.
this is the biggest surprise on e3 for me at this moment. damn! looked great! I doubt its .. NEXT gen.. it looked like a pc game. they where using a 360 controller, but it looked to good to be on a 360 , so I am guessing its a pc build using an xbox controller

just grabbed the vga cable for the 360. amazing the difference it makes in dead rising. honestly I can see the text for the most part on my 19" monitor from my bed (about 5-8ft away). basically it's a low cost solution to get hd for the 360.
[ QUOTE ] a car from a game on the 360 and tweaked it on a cell phone, then took it onto the computer to edit the paint job, then took it back to the 360 to race the thing. And apparently that's only the start. [/ QUOTE ] as oppose to adding a small paint editing app to the game or the console? very nice read.
I imagine: - pushing XNA - pushing directX/360 formats - pushing new cheap Xbox 360 developers - pushing liveMaps but that´s all I can think of, mainly to push the interests in their technologies and perhaps show a little bit: "at least we are 2nd"
