Nice work. Like Dekard, I dont really like having under construction/work in progress etc., unless its gonna be up very very soon. Its anoying to click at something, only to find you cant see it anyway. Other then that, its looking good.
yeah the old skmatter mudbox forums were a good place, hopefully wayne can get a similar community going on his forums, everyone just left the mudbox forums as soon as they were merged with "the AREA". We all know hes a fanboy but hes pretty honest about that
Cant wait to see your break down on how you achieved the vertex blending of tessellation. I find that really quite interesting and had been hoping that would be possible but wasnt sure. Hope the tut comes out soon and will need to get a DX11 card to mess around with it :)
I was looking for this thread I want to watch both will probably come back when I've checked these out I heard good things & anything that relates to braveheart/lotr is good with me. Afaik this is a combination of both? I'll check It out soon, pops said he liked it.
This thread is so awesome. I'm ashamed to say I used to be pretty judgemental but as soon as I started to actually use a variety of software I found that almost everything has things that it does better than everything else. I try to be as software/tool agnostic as possible nowadays.

Very cool, love the style! Is this supposed to be a set of buildings that are outdoors, or is it set indoors? If it's the latter I'd get a ceiling in there and seal off the corridors soon so you can get an idea of how lighting will work, since it'll probably react differently than the sunlighting. Great stuff!

I feel all options for the box they announced today will already come with the OS on it, Notman. They did say they have more on the controller soon, but i hope fridays announcement is more than just showing specs and controller. I want it to be an engine of some kind. Source 2 or whatever.
