Hows this? Included the one on the left to show what it looks like when specular highlight is right on the wood, as the worn areas are darker in both the specular and gloss.
If you have good libraries where you live, including University libraries you can borrow from, checkout if they have architectural visual dictionaries.
They're not using bump mapping right? If they're having problems with tangent generation, there's loads of good resources for this. Or use a format that includes tangent data (fbx)
There's a metalness texture but I didn't include it here. The only nonmetals are the grip and the sights. There's also cavity textures in addition to occlusion since Toolbag supports both.

so include the brushes in the upload. make a zip file that contains the proper directories and those files, unzipping them properly will put them in the correct places.
