With 3dsmax character studio and I'm pretty sure with motion builder you can save and load animations between rigs. You can do this with a lot of rig/animation systems out there.

First and third clip especially made me absolutely envious and inspired at the same time. First clip the monster reminded me of the one that stalks you in another world (first thing that came to mind) and dat tiger animation. Great job. Solid effort, my man. Unfortunately there's not really anything special about your particular animation pack from what I was able to see that hasn't already been done (The Kubold animsets come to mind). Best of luck in monetizing your animations in any case.
The workflow for this is going to be difficult without a live sim. I have seen a pipeline where sims were done offline, then converted to bone animation. Custom tools, and a lot of hand tweaking by a tech artist. You could also look at spring controllers, secondary animation.
