Hello! I’m a student writing my Master’s thesis about Revenue-sharing for User-Generated content. I’ve submitted content to the Workshop myself and I’m very interested in the…
The Art of Rigging seemed to popular a few years ago: http://www.cgtoolkit.com/book1.htm Digital Tutors, Gnomon Workshop, Eat3D and 3D Motive all have tutorials on the subject. CG Academy also have a few DVDs: https://www.cg-academy.net/es_catalog/index.php?cPath=22&osCsid=6eoa1h0lfej1l0c2sqhvdatj6nup5v7g
Check out a book called "Peopleware" also this site has lots of good articles: www.joelonsoftware.com Game art managment is basically the same topic as software project management. It's also been helpful to me to study game design, I'm currently reading "Game Design Workshop," which is pretty good.
I'd recommend gnomon workshops totorials. Not that I'm pro - far from it, but I've learnt a lot from them. I can't stand some of the digital tutors vids since the narrator has a really annoying voice (I think he talks through his nose). BuCC - slightly redicilous.
I like the idea! I think the materials could use some more work to bring each element out a little more but the idea is great i think. Are you gonna put it onto the workshop? I know it's a test, but might give you a chance to see how the full process is.
