Kun, You're right, the hold w and scroll is exactly what I want :D Anyway, I'll appear more in the forum you mention, guess its more organized that way. Thanks!
Well you never know , so it's better to have all the options in the package, right. Yes, I think orient for the edge/retopo is killer for organic stuff. Thank you Istonia for listening.
mald you just got your file associations messed up, chms arent meant to be opened in IE. just right click the chm and reset it to use winhelp32.exe for the application to open it.
iStonia, I guess you are right. But vieport navigation (rotation/panning) lags - are those lags really mesh building problems? Mesh building slowness, is is about lack of BVH mesh structure or something?
new update. http://www.digitalfossils.com/Download/VoidWorld-Nov-29-12.rar Note: If the app failed to run, it is likely the msvcr71.dlland Msvcp71.dll are missing in your system. Sounds good. How do you turn off the pivot points or mesh axis in the viewport? I have those little things sitting right on top of the nose, and also right on the lips of my mesh and I can't turn them off or hide them. Also, I think you can select them and move the pivot point, but while the pivot point changes, that…
Cool to see you over here from the Silo boards, James. (I go by Polygod over there) I agree with James 100%, as well as his use of controls. As it stands now, I can tell you Kun that the way you have extrude working now, I would not switch to this app at all. It's too clumsy. I can select an edge and use right mouse button…
Changes are great, loop/ring selection works really well and marquee/lasso implementation is brilliant. I can't seem to get the snap point normal on primitive creation working or the new expand loop method. A bit of feedback on the other changes. * G slide edges - there is some confusion now within this tool after the…
one difference is I'm using the right hand panel, not shortcuts to achieve the chamfer. Just selecting the edges via marquee, chamfer button, dragging on edges. I'm currently looking at a chamfered box and there's no chamfer in the undo stack
Indeed, i'm so used to use shortcuts right away when using a new app I forgot the buttons :) Thanks for taking our suggestion into account, this is going to be a very nifty app, I can smell it :)
