imo the 2nd.. but it would be better if it has a tiny bit more color in it without loosing the flat-shadow style the noise in the shadow of #3 isn't working imo but anyway.. for what is it?
that alleyway painting is nice but the tiles on the floor have no shape would be good to see some subtle highlights and shadows just to break up the flat smooth look the floor has

yeah, like Oobersli said is better to bake in a flat plane, you can later use Paralax or anything similar if you want more bump, but With a normal map it should be enough.

Yeah, the eyes seem to be a bit far apart from each other and a little flat on the front. I usually carve in the eye sockets then place a sphere in them so it's guaranteed to be spherical.

Kwakkie: that's really sweet. kite212: Forehead is a big large, face a bit flat and weird. Also it looks like she's about to fall backward, might want to move the feet back a bit.
