Rawtalent, let me rephrase everything people have been saying: STOP FUCKING POSTING IN HERE. Make your own thread, and LISTEN TO THE COMMENTS YOU GET. I'm honestly confused at this point whether you're just a troll or actually eager to learn.
thats amazing Undoz, really beautiful :) cant stop looking at it :D I agree with Ruz, maybe just bring the teeth back a lil tried some poly painting today, almost finished on him now and then I can start the other character in the scene
Lonewolf: get in line :) I know it's always a good idea for an exercise, plus every game can use a skull model, so I figured it was time. Stopped just after starting the teeth. Tomorrow get all the surface detailing and small detail stuff.
I keep tweaking the proportions but for some reason the hips/legs won't stop bothering me. Pretty happy with the upper body though (except for the obvious lack of a head) Someone please give it a paintover or critique the hell out of it or something so I can figure out whats frustrating me :)
heres an axe im making, not really sure what to do with the handle. i think the blade is looking ok maybe add some little details to the face just to stop it looking to plane, any crits or ideas on what to do with the handle it looks stupid at the moment ill prob add a wood texture to it after
One more for the GA mini-comp. Thanks to Dado for the paintover. I tried to get as many of the changes in during the few short hours I had as possible, but this is where I had to stop as I really couldn't re-uv and re-rig the mesh, not to mention any further changes would have to be done in 2 polys.
Seconded. Decals would be a quick fix, though =] A section of broken shingles or two, and some vines or something similar for the walls and it'd be solid. You could even add a floating window in the side if you wanted. You said you had to stop though, so I assume you hit a deadline with it, but you could always go back to…
Argh. Sorry for the late reply. Yep! They're usually just big beams of concrete or metal, which support the weight of the bricks above, and stop them falling into the hole that the door or window sits in. A door/window frame won't typically hold the weight, y'see. *EDIT* Photo. Notice this one's splayed. Normally, they'd…
Back when I first got into modeling I tried modeling my Glock 19. After eventually losing the file due to a folder shuffling accident, I stopped working on it. I recently started on it again. I started on the slide first this time. I'm making this a fairly detailed model. I'm still a novice modeler, but I've learned quite…
I took my old axe I made for Torchlight and "ported" it to match my wood sword. now with green Orc blood. I just started on a rickety wood shield made of fence posts. It won't stop an axe, but it might block a wood sword :P shield is just started so its super wip, just thought I'd post up the trio because they're fun.
