You mean the customlighting node? I got that and i use unreal tournament 3. It´s at the bottom of the material-thingy. Look at my images on the previous page to see what i mean.
I am wondering if I can use animated textures in unreal. I know that I can use the panner and what not but I am looking more at say animated tracks on a plane or such.

hmmm is there any way to create caustics inside unreal? my best guess would be a light function, but are there better ways? light functions als always multiplying right? i guess caustics should be additive to look correct?
Ah this is another one of those Unreal bugs that happens only when you do not have good UPK work flow and a solid naming convention going into the project. Thank you Billy, I'm still having issues. It doesn't seem to work in any of Unreal's levels, but my character does work when I import her piece by piece as a skeletal mesh into my own custom level.
You need to re-save your map and your package and that should clear this up. Unreal makes a temp copy of your level when you do a right-click play from here so that might be what is happening here.
For some odd reason everytime I rotate my decal in Unreal 3 editor it crashes. I rotate it manually and also within the properties. Also the decal texture is not within my custom package it's a original game asset. Any suggestions?
