Unity Texture atlases for mobile games...Combine regular and alpha'd textures into one atlas or seperate into two atlases? Or put all diffuse texture in one atlas and all alpha info in another atlas?

Could you explain why you used a multiply node in the diffuse slot for the glass shader? It doesnt seem to be doing anything besides adding instructions...
In L4D series for example, they don't use any Normal Maps on the Zombies for their folds and such, they make clever use of Diffuse and Specular, so as said, it all depends.
@jmiles , @jwills Thanks guys, appreciate it! Update, done with the bakes except for the dagger. Normals, AO plugged in the diffuse and spec/gloss just for a quick show.
