Couple of thoughts: I think you're overdoing the posters, it seems to be a rarely visited alley, why are there so many posters hanging on the walls here where no passerby would see them? If you're going for likeness (also good to learn the proportions of the head) then overlay a picture of your reference on top of your sculpt using the eyes as an anchor point and see if everything lines up.
