they're both the same, 360 comes on 3 discs (2 for sp, 1 for mp) vs 1 for the ps3, thats about the only major difference. -

you need the uvs in the 0-1 window and anything that overlays would cause errors out of the 0-1 window. i bet thats the deal. -

Select the UVs for each UDIM. And move them so that they are in the 0-1 UV space. For this section, I moved it -1 units on the U axis. -

You'll have to move the UVs for the other UDIMs inside of the 0-1 UV space to bake in Toolbag. UVs outside of 0-1 are ignored. -
