By renering model, I meant actually are you planning to rely on Diffuse, Specular, Gloss, etc? for textures, or used a Physically Based Shader?

The shader is more for baking a Specular Highlight map out of Maya to slap on my diffuse in Photoshop, for use in UE4. Thanks for the advice though :)

In faking details, can I also have my Normal maps be smaller than my diffuse to save space? Or is that a BAD idea?

without seeing the full material grid i couldn't say how optimal it is. like for example, what is being plugged into the diffuse UV.

The brick wall is 180.000 tries. I want to bake the diffuse and normal maps on a low resolution plane. The maps are being baked with 1024x1024.

Thanks for the answer. I use Unity engine. Tileable texture is a must because of texel density. I must texture it with diffuse, no PBR.

Hmm . . I'm not sure if it is good that so much of the weight seems to be in the feet atm, or if it is bad. Maybe the eventual diffuse map might help.
