Ya that is a good point, the challenge becomes defining at what point studio culture crosses the line into unhealthy work practices. We do reasonable crunches here all the time, and as long as they make sense and are part of the plan there is usually very little negative impact because of it. -

Thanks a bunch man. Reworked the face a bit. The ears just need to be retopped, there isn't enough resolution there to start defining the inside, so i tried to get the placement right. Which is weird, cause it feels like they are sticking way out now. But regardless, here it is. -

If I can get a good staff going, definately wanting to normal it (as well as everything else). At the moment, im really not going to worry about that. So far it's just me and my coder, so normal maps is something I can't concentrate on by myself. thankx -

" The problem with that is society will change and you have to have laws that reflect that. If you don't then you get that 2nd amendment foolishness. Good idea then, bad idea now. -

If I had time, I'd definately get into this one. If anyone remembers, during the TopGear comp (last one) Elysium posted his vehicle with a track in this engine. I also put my track into it, but never posted. It works pretty well, fast exporting and testing -
Lugaru: Rabbits killing rabbits with panache
This is a pretty kick ass little game, especially when you take into account it was made by one guy. The graphics aren't much, but you immediately forget that once you get a level or two in. The maker, David, finally got me to download the demo, and I was hooked. Definately worth testing it out. Lugaru -
MK shaolin monks
I highly recommend this game, the artwork is basically ps1 quality but the gameplay is great, with combo strings getting into the 100's and ko-op mode as well as using experience points to buy new moves I think this game is a really good beat 'em up. Definately grab it if you are a fan of the MK series. -

Gnoop is correct, you wont get good shading with that topology unless you project normals. The fans are what's causing the surface to look lumpy The question to ask is this.. Why are there so few segments around the cylinder if you need so many to define the shape of the hole? -

Thanks for your reply Aydhe! Yes the body is still super alpha, what i have planned is that i define the arms/hands more (like muscular and here and there a few veins) Also the shooes are still missing (looking like some adidas sneakers or so)
