Hmm strange, your bake mesh maps all turns out black. Anything else you changed other then the match by name setting? Is there any error on the log window?

You just need to register and log in to the Telltale store and then the code will work. This game looks like good fun, by the way. I think the concept art for the characters is fantastic too.
in other news, i took the cleanest shit today , it was one solid log, no breaks, didnt have that horrible mud texture, and was really easy to wipe, made me proud.

Mine took about 45 minutes (checked IRC logs for start/finish time >_>). I kind of cheated ith the bathing cap thing though, since it's ridiculously simple.
The first thing I'd have done is log a bug report with allegorithmic since their driver version detection is obviously broken. Reinstalling windows was almost certainly a complete waste of time
Having uvs backwards shouldn't be an issue in TB, especially TB2 where we added a bunch of UV improvements. If it is, get me an example mesh and I will bug log it. =D
