Amazing! work!! i love the texture work you did for her! also, thank you for your feedback! :'D Only thing i would add her woulb be a darker shadow for the insed of the hood? but ugh she is gorgeous man!
The textures, let alone model look amazing. Did you use DDo or Substance to texture this or is it all manual work? If it's manual could you maybe go over some of your techniques of how to go about doing edge wear, thanks!
I did as suggested and I figured I'd post my new issue.Hope someone can get back to me. Should I add more edge loops? It doesn't look like the normal map is catching the silhouette as I expected it would.
Thanks I appreciate what you did there, but adding all that detail would defeat the goal of making it low poly, but, I guess if you think it would benefit from more detail I think I should just add it huh.
HAPPY FRIDAY GUYS!!!I did a bit of work on my scene last night, added a trim material and a material for the ceiling of the structure, I may add a mask to show damaged paneling for the ceiling idk, what do you guys think?
Well, got it done in time so hopefully it looks decent enough. Not too happy with it. But I am proud to get this done and add this to my portfolio. Textures are a mix of dDo with hand making the high poly for the bakes. Any creative critiques welcome.
So, did a base sculpt for the ground, mainly rock at the moment. need to add some other details to it mainly mud and grass and some of the top needs some love. But relatively happy with this. Once again thanks to Defiled for is tips on brushes they came in handy :)
Hey almighty_gir, I modeled in "A" pose. The reason for modeling in the leather folds was to capture the silhouette of the model. I did add in some parallel edge loops to support the bend of the arm. I agree that grid lines are ideal for topology. Thanks for your input :)
I love that layout Pior did. So awesome. If we add that in addition to the forum, and have each of those images link to a WIP thread, that'll be awesome. As to the CGhub thing, I'm not too good with that stuff, but I'm pretty sure it's just Thickbox.
Oh. Well...hmm. This would be totally up to personal preference. It would be cool to leave college firing on all cylinders if you did this course and watched all those gnomon dvd's...if you take this, take life drawing as your optional module.
