Can you make it a Twitch.tv account instead? It lets you stream in HD, or if you can't stream at that res, then you can still stream at a res where people can read your buttons and settings.
You need to ensure that you have enough resolution to capture the detail. Add enough subdivisions to support the detail. Also, make sure that the 'Mode' button is active. Otherwise, it will just display the texture as a bump effect.
No, don't overlap by hand. Highlight all the shells you want overlapped and then use the align shells/verts buttons on the floating textools uv window at the top, it will stack them all together in 2 clicks maximum.
Did you check if you had all options on in you Select from Scene dialog? There are buttons which can be enabled/disabled if you want to see shapes/meshes/helper objects/bones etc.
Oh yeah, some of those are quite fun and you can make your own maps. Another great "simple game" Canabalt with only one button to press it doesn't get any simpler than that.
I get mad when I try to sculpt my gut into a six pack and it doesn't work. The best I can do is make my belly button look like a horizontal butt crack.

For the object you want to move; snap its pivot to its face you want aligned to the other object. Then on the top menu bar click on "Select and Place" button and drag the object to the surface of the other object.
Theres a Edit button under each post, in green, just copy everything into the main post and then write Delete post on the repetead posts so when a moderator comes around he can delete them.
