For those wondering, I had 1.06 installed in Windows7 64bit, upgraded to Windows 8. 1.07 no go on Windows 8, however, 1.07 runs just fine under Windows 8.
Actually the original map had more clutter stuff in it, all the corridors were narrower and a lot of small 8 unit corners or small narrow doorways you got stuck on. I made all the corridors wider because our fast game play made people bump into every corner / object. Now you can rush through the level without getting stuck…
Yeah there's no hard rules, some projects will create modular assets around powers of 2, some will use base 10. 1:8, 1:16, or 1:10 might be as long as you go for most modular pieces, but it can really depend.
First thing I notice is that your specular is at 1.0, it should probably be at 0.5, IIRC it's typically a scale from 0-8% reflectivity with 0.5 being 4% which is approximately correct for most non-metallic materials.

hmm, update. I fixed the order problem, but now it repeats the last picture 8 times. even though its not in the code to do so. lol. so instead of having 8 pictures. i have 16, and the last 8 are repeated.
