Yea, I am worried that this might be the turn I took with out knowing. I noticed that in Racer's tut, he doesn't put constraints on his model till he finish's it. (The Binocular one). Absolutely! I made the jump not to long ago and its been fun all the way through. For me there really wasnt any technique i just ran through some forums and tried to find some low poly cages to some sub=d characters that I liked and tried out some of what they were doing myself messing with the results. I was thinking the same sort of thing...dont some people like racing RC cars cause they cant race the real thing(touring cars, sports cars etc) but in video games you can race with any car you like, just look at Race Driver Grid, so why would I race an RC car instead of the real thing? I think Re-volt was on to something… -

I don't envy Valve's position in dealing with keeping workshop artists engaged and happy at all. There's an utter flood of cosmetics now, and I totally get that they can't possibly let them all in.
