I had the same problem play around with workshop , on your workshop page when this item displayed in upper right there is a function 'Ender or payment agreement info' there needs something to click , I can't recal it's tricky though.
just did it, only took a few minutes, full functional, files are here. Although you'll need to break the importer to get it working, although I could also send over the compiled files then it wont make a difference.
Well, Maya also has a backup function while crashing. It tries to save your files, but it puts on the temp folder of your system. You can grab the .ma file there. 20% of the times tho you wont be that lucky.
Thank you for usefull information. I found a script that does exactly what I need. http://polycount.com/discussion/174582/adn-modeler-tools-smart-modeling-scripts-for-maya/p2 ADN modeller + Automap function
Dont look specifically for Zbrush demonstrations as you'll find little or none I usually find close to nothing anyway.. As long as the pressure sensitivity functions like it should and the drivers aren't utter shit then it should be fine in Zbrush.
this is the base mesh we're using for just about everything in conquest. it's even the same head/mesh (minus boobs) that i've been using for this: that said, if you feel the loops can be improved while maintaining functionality, do tell!
I never got it to work and now after deleting all of the files I get this error whenever I go to Render to Texture :/ After I close the exception error I get a message that says --No ""+"" function for undefined
Glad to be of service. I do keep coming across this still. I'd love to know what causes this so I can stop it happening again. We shouldnt have to keep reseting it for basic functions to work properly.
Wowzers, I'm quite likin' the toony effects you got on this magnificent ice woman. How'd you get those outlines to function, anywho? Everything I've tried with Maya's toon outlines results in more or less of a mess.
i think if you want to make it believable, you need to put time into making parts look suitably complicated and functional, for example, here's the rotor of an apache: there's a lot of stuff going on there! attention to detail will sell your model
