Right, and you also are limited by the restraints of your cage, in the time it takes to fix up all the errors on an old cage i can build an entirely new one.

You've got what looks like a bake/shading error there on the last image where the fire select is. Maybe a weird shadow? Either way it stands out on that last image.
i tried stationary also but the result is same dark scene. for wall its just a cube with planar mapping on one face can that might be causing error in lightmap overlapping?
