Nope, I disagree. All I think should happen is Fredh should go to some sort of training seminar that teaches people how to manage their time and set a realistic schedule.
For my money, the original lighting setup was a far more evocative and gave the scene a better sense of depth. Whether entirely realistic or not, the almost silhouetted stuff in the foreground worked really nicely.
im not worried about 'photo realistic' art, I just wanted to know exactly what people were using to make their stuff look presentable in a way which is industry standard.
I wonder how much realistic physics will be in there, like is you make a huge building, and then remove the bottom floor and just have a little 1x1 block wall keeping it all up.
Hatsya, I try to give her an occidental touch. I say that because is a concept with a manga style... you know, looking for more realistic proportions and features. Hope I will achieve it ;)
Very nicely done! I love the textures. My only thing is that the boards look a little too wide. Based on the characters for reference, slabs of wood to be made that wide is not quite realistic.
What is your end goal? I think knowing that will help you move forward. Do you want to do a realistic model? or a more of a hand painted DOTA/WoW style?
Any criticisms are welcome on how to make it more realistic..obv with textures itll look more like Jared but atm..I think ive reached my limit without help.
seems like the dirt/mud brown stuff isn't really layered on there realistically, looks almost like it's been painted on as a decal (assuming we were looking at this vehicle in real life)
looks like the detail on the side of the gun could have more depth, bring buttons or extrudes out more, push indentations in more. might not be very realistic but it should look better
