going to have to flake on all of you tonight, not feeling well. Not sure if it's a bug (all the artists in my "bay" are sick) or if it's my stomach issues flaring up. Feel free to pay Ross to tackle me at work tomorrow. Sorry all, seriously not feeling well at the moment.
My focal length varies slightly image to image to image. it's generally around 35mm but I have lowered it to 20mm in order to fit all the assets into place in the scene as the space is so tight. To be honest, I haven't considered the foreground, background etc. Should I look into this? Hmmmm, so should I target some areas…
In terms of procedural generation, it never was meant to be a cure-all hence I said it's going to take DECADES to bring down costs. Or, hes sick and tired of the same old grey back ground crap and desiced to add some flare to it. Geeze guys, just laugh and ask for the wire frame. And you could bump up the AA. A lot of star steps for the render. And looking at it closely, that is the low poly. what does the high poly look like?
Yeah, agree. I just used a free texture from here. It would be better to have regularly spaced bricks, and also a more consistently-spaced grout to use for the edge bits. Also you'll want to model the black window frames. If the white frame isn't there, a nice little trick is to tile the brick around the edge like this.…
