pior: that tool at 3.20 is just the same sculpting tools. You can have alphas, pinching, carving, different kind of brushes etc just like in zbrush, but not at quite the same performancelevel. And I think in modo 301 they didnt have all the sculpting in yet? -

I priced out the Surface 3 and it was like $1500 total. The Cintiq was $1850 total. Including tax on both. The $350 different to have a matte screen, hotkeys, and an additional 1792 pressure levels from the Surface 3 256 levels is worth it in my book. -

Last I checked, about 3 years ago, $350-450k was what a new condo/townhouse in the downtown area cost. Prices are most likely falling. http://www.johnlscott.com Not sure if this searches for rentals but there were some condos for sale in downtown Bellevue. B -

Don't get a 4x6... they're useless. The 6x8s are a good size, intuos3 would be a good pick (~$300). Check craigslist, sometimes you can find a deal (ie. there's a 9x12 for $350 up right now that you could probably talk down to $300). -

Scott: shotgun makes short work of the antlions, as does the .357. Waste of ammo, if you like to conserve though (I don't =] ). You can also zap em with the grav gun and pretty much just plow your way through the "sand traps". -

ZBrush Character creation, by the same author, is great too. It's for 3.1 but still very detailed, easy to follow. Great for learning ZBrush quickly. -

Haven't posted in a while, but I've got my retopology finally finished for now.. HE's sitting at about 35k triangles, and I'm going to cut it down to about 25 after my bakes are looking good.. It'll be a challenge, but I think I can do it..
