I simply do not understand the shitty floor vibe. It's made of polygons. They kinda have a tendency toward feeling flat. Normal maps are more apparent in motion than still. Parrallax maps are far from standard. Seriously, get over it.
OK am I the only one in here that sees the problem here? ... When some poor guy who wants to learn how to do some 3d stuff takes a look at this they're getting depressed. I mean, seriously - that's cruel.
Hello everybody, I'm Wesley. I'm here to learn 3d. My goal is better designer for adversiting. I start modeling seriously few month ago. I also learn drawing to put down my future ideas. Hope i'll have critics and make some stuffs good.
Yes I know there's a thread, but its about the episodes and this is something much more interesting the episode news. First, go here Now then 1.) Dharma Logo!!! 2.) It's in the middle of LOST LAGOON (no seriously, zoom out then go to Map mode) 3.) It's in Vancouver, where I live. Neat eh?
this is my battle goblin undersuit sculpt. I've been to some anatomy studying and I modeled this from scratch using zbrushcore only. I've been sculpting seriously for 2 years now. this model is not for a game. critiques are ok. instagram: @adamhazart artstation: https://asvance.artstation.com/ SOME WIPS
Okay so in 3DS Max I have no idea how I did this, but I made the control wheel on screen so small that I can't hardly even see it... How does this happen? lol seriously. I have been using this software for a year and have never ran into this... XD
I decided a few days ago to seriously attempt at using Zbrush's BPR render and photoshop for concepting a few ideas. Here is what I've done so far. Would love to hear what you guys think, feedback on the overall composition or ways to improve the work is appreciated!
Seriously guys. Why start new ones every time and get into the same arguments had before? Or good information being lost? We have one MASTER thread. This is a placeholder thread for such. Hopefully admins/mods see the wisdom in this and move recent threads into here to keep information in one place.
I recall I once had my normals flipped in zbrush accidentally and got something like that . Your U4 screen shows something seriously messed up with vertex normals too. Check initial mesh you imported to Zbrush too
They should seriously lower the price of 3ds max subscription since many are currently switching to blender and i might be one of them in the not so distant feature! Most indie developers are starting on Blender and later on they will be real studio and autodesk will lose a lot of business.
