As far as I'm aware the mesh is large, but thats due to the size of the BSP brush it was created around in UE4. Hopefully you can see something from this screenshot.
We're aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix. For now, try just entering numbers into the text entry field instead of sliding the bars. Sorry about the trouble!
The studio that hires you will usually be aware of that. I wouldn't let it hold you back. That said, you can always gain that experience by working on an indie game.
I'm not aware of any other scripts with those features similar to tri-parts curve brush. Although I hadn't really looked into it until you posted this.
