When working on bigger assets, such as buildings and such, tiling textures are your friend. If your building has stucco, or brick or something, make a tiling texture, then you can control how much detail the material has because its tiling. You have a lot of repeating geometry. Modular meshes would be your best option. Stop henpecking with your stylus. Block in the values and colors, don't spend time blending things. If you're using 10+ strokes for on tiny area, you're starting unhealthy habits.
