Damn, love this concept. You planning to stick with this style or go realistic? Good luck with it man, i'm excited to see where this and all the other summer workshop characters go!
throw me a rough concept and I'll 3D that for you for free lol bonus points if it's a girl and she's wearing sorta realistic armor aka no muthaf*k!ng heels
thanks, guys! As for the trees, I struggled a lot with trying to keep them stylized. As I painted more detail they started looking more realistic, which is not what I wanted.
Had to come see the thread you made for it, such a beautiful model. The placement of the dirt and grime also helps to make it feel much more realistic even though it's fiction. Outstanding!
Looks great so far. Excellent idea and you have come really far with this project. Are you going for a hand painted texture style or more photo realistic? AK
thanks yeah the guy in the hallway was my first human character i animated for a short movy , but i wanted to keep it to show that i can animate in a realistic way , appproximatly
creating realistic hair is one of the biggest challenges facing acharacter artists using next gen engines.. I cant offer any help with what your looking for Oxynary.
If you're going for a realistic face, I think the eyes are a bit too big. And if you're looking for comments about the forms but not the poly's, some non-wire shots could be better.
well, if he did live in the squat they show I wouldn't imagine him having a huge wardrobe.. but if it isn't genuine it is realistic. I've had my share of encounters with this sort.
