Maybe the nose is a bit too long, chin too big, a bit more fat over the eye, a slightly modified eye?

Try to unify the normals without the hassle of finding out which ones are flipped, I think max has a normals modifier.

or you can use the shell modifier in max to add thickness, but would be cool the program could add one at least at the borders.

Yep, Eric has it - use the UVW XForm modifier. That way you can guarantee it's a perfect move/scale by a given value.

WIP: Every cable in this scene is an instance and are alligned with an "Path-Deform" modifier. So its easy to unwrap and easy change to lowpoly.

Just make sure you reset X-form ( in Utility, not the X-form modifier ) before unwrapping, that fix the problem for me

Yes. If you have the same mesh active and import the modified basemesh you will get the option to reproject high poly detail.

It won't create the specified output directory. I'll modify it to do that. Currently if you don't give it a real directory, it won't export.
