Ok well i will go and do my normal map first in that case, then maybe an AO if my dev team leader allows it, and then ill continue on with my diffuse. Also sorry i was a bit unclear, by dirt/mud buildup i meant a mouldy effect, not a buildup sorry.
That list is, what, 10 people? Out of a given 400 or so people, I don't think that's all too bad. If they continue at this rate they'll be "gone" in about 40 years... It can be one of many things, but it probably isn't an indicator of the steam ship sinking or anything drastic like that.
News News!! I continue with the blocking of the armor, i only need 1 piece more and i finished the blocking, after that i want to improve the shapes of her and i will start with the details, any type of suggets or feedback are really apreciated like always!! hope you like it!!
Made little valleys, but I decided to continue working with the terrain editor instead of the landscape one since landscape don't support tessellation. Also found a solution to my problem above, but don't know if it actually works or not haven't tested yet but that is to delete the material layers and start over.
Just sent out messages to the first batch of artists, might be sending out more later depending on how it goes with the first batch. I've studied from anatomy books for 2D drawing, Loomis in particular however there are quite evidently gaps in my understanding. I'll take your advice and spend some time really familiarizing myself with the skull before I continue with the full head, thank you for your advice!

Update 1: Blocking in continues, I am still not sure where to go with certain areas of the model ? any suggestion gear wise any of you might like to see ? I might be over hauling the armor but not sure. Maybe some one can do a sketch over?
ACH > really cool rock ! I think it looks nicer in the small/thumbnail version. Once zoomed in, I thought the grass overlay on the texture was too much. I'm continuing my experimentations with rocks and tried a first go at a material using substance painter! C&C welcome !
