Thanks, you can check the old versions of water surface here: http://fc05.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2011/341/1/8/tree_hut_by_personaliter-d4igyq0.jpg and here http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2011/328/c/6/wip_tree_hut_by_personaliter-d4h4tyg.jpg Maybe later I'll make some cool liquid shader, but now I'm a bit tired of this…
I'm looking forward to this... always had a niggling thought at the back of my mind that this is the way it should be done, especially for vegetation. The next step could be just throwing algorithms at it. Imagine being able to create a scene just from a basic set of instructions about types of plants and terrain type? or…
1. will try to render it out in UE4 2. will aim for triangle count and texture size of: High Res: 32k Triangles, 4096 Maps 3. aim to match the image with the Cartoony style. goodluck to everyone else :)
Ive got these babys. Speedlink medusa 5.1 Dont even think about getting them. Theres no working drivers for 5.1 and microphone when operating xp64. The foam padding falls of the shells pretty often and is tricky to get back on. 5.1 and microphone quality was amazing on my 32bit os but like this it aint worth much.
You might want to look into wacom Bamboo or Intuos models, depending on what you can afford - any tablet is going to be HEAPS better than using a mouse in Zbrush. regarding skin etc, there are lots of ways details can be added to models, and tiny details aren't really hard to do, they just take a bit of time and thought.…
Yes, and I'd also recommend you to decimate your subtools before merging so it won't exceed zbrush 32bit limitation. And performance while retopologizing will also be better.
I always get excited to see dinosaurs on polycount. please try not to start sculpting at the highest subdiv level. it's much easier to control shapes, and form when sculpting at a lower resolution. colors look pretty cool. http://blog.press.princeton.edu/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/stegosaurus_stenops.jpg it actually looks…
looks like your lightmap might be too lowres which means there is not enough pixel space to describe what's going on. another probably cause is the pixel density between the door and the wall is different. try a 32x32 or 64x64 lightmap. if that doesn't work try to unify the pixel density between the door and wall. also…
