Yeah i'll definitely chuck that on when i do retopo in maya, losing hours of progress is so demoralizing. Quick progress shot. Literally just discovered BPR in Zbrush a week ago and it's so nice.
I don't know REL... it looks a bit small to me I think overall the contrast could be kicked up a notch. style is great; reminds me of the Penny Arcade spy manuals for Splinter Cell
I spy a missing fire extinguisher. What would you do if all that crap caught fire hmmm? Also, what everyone else said about the lighting and the texture density and the spacing and the gliven. o.o
Well, like the current one, "This spy wants it all." I'm sure they mean 007, but what does wanting it all mean/reference? It will probably make sense once someone guesses it, but it's not the slightest bit clear :/
I only today noticed that in my rigs that dagPose -s -bp would wire up pretty much everything in the scene to the bindPose and bogs things down. According to the docs, default behavior is to add to the hieararchy, but I read out from some joints, so I assume Maya just goes on a node graph walkabout. So dagPose -s -sl -bp…
Oh and I also updated the bp 2008. Two different lighting envs. just to show that's it isn't ridiculously shiny. edit: reference for the above. Only difference is mine is BP rather than SP-6, hence the black rather than blue paint.
