Lets not forget the 2 decent Ion Storm franchises. Thief & Deus Ex Those were Eidos published, and I enjoyed them. Yeah this is sad news for the Eidos boys. Its the increasing regularity of news like this lately that has prevented my migration into the video game industry. -

I don't remember whether this is the actual first model ever, but it was one of the first. I made it in anim8or and actually created the texture by going crazy with the clone tool on someone elses concept art. See? Starting out as an art thief is not always disastrous ;) . -

Well you dont really want to turn off shadows. I would try using normal thief or editing the normals. If you are proficient with shaders you could try making a custom lighting function because afaik that is now disabled in ue4. -

Okay. It looks like he has the talent to paint nearly every thing. Other then normal art thiefs he dont copy paste a texture or 3d modell or reprint the work. You can say he stole the "composition" or "concept art" okay but the work itself is his own. -

I've always found the Thief series to be particularly good with horror. During normal gameplay, you're hiding from normal people anyway, so when you add horrific monstrosities instead... Cry of Fear? Man, that game's overall design was pretty terrible... Unless it's a sequel that you're referring to. -

Try this script. http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/vertex-normals-stitcher You can also create reference mesh (duplicate separate meshes, attach them together, weld vertices). Then use normal thief script to copy normal direction from reference object to each target. -

How about people who are willing to relocate to LA? Also you should hire me simply for having played the living hell out of Keef the Thief. It was the best game ever and I doubt almost anyone knows you guys even made it. -

Im between shitty jobs right now. But I am an apprientice for a toy action figure sculptor and get paid a small tiny amount (I CAN AFFORD TOILET PAPER! YES!). ::: So ndcv, does that mean sometime in the distant future you might have the option to resurrect Thief? -
