I was experimenting with some lazy and not so workflows =) 1: Scanned leaf. Then inflated and added a bit of sculpting in zbrush. Baked ao + cavity + normals from sculpted geo. Blurred original photo and added ao with cavity on top. 2: Scanned leaf genrated normals from photo original photo used as diffuse
Did this quick sculpt from a sphere and watched the polypaint tutoriel scoobydoofus put out which is awesome haha and also had a picture of the dishonored high overseer up when i did this so its a mix of a few things haha . lol my zbrush render back ground is exactly the same as the page colour
random sculpt , he looks a bit freakish somehow. my anatomy is far from great loving that so far Rion411. St4lis - unusual style but cool. you should finish it Disting - so everything was done in zbrush even the base meshes? good so far - is that a babies head coming out of her crotch lol
I'm an environment modeler so my anatomy isn't the best. I started ZBrush 2 days ago - previously I only used in the past on hard surface prop models for cracks and pores. This is my first sculpt WIP. She's still very low rez to ZB standards, haven't cranked it up a level yet..
Joshflighter Kot_Leopold Thanks a lot! :D LRoy, almost everything except body biggest armor plate ( actually i decided to retopology that because it is very planar but than I converted that to dynamesh and resculpted it.) also I modeled those hands chain system purely in 3ds max. the other parts were done inside Zbrush.
I always wanted to do a Pepper sculpt, so with permission from Stanley - I started today! WIP 1: EDIT: Here is also a 15min timelapse with some sculpting and some polypainting in zbrush :) [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqkMaLmIG5w"]Tribute to Stanley Lau's Pepper - WIP Polypaint & Sculpt - YouTube[/ame]
Decided to try a new approach to diffuse only / hand painted textures. Sculpted a highpoly in zBrush and baked out a PRTp map, bent normal map, and a tangent normal map which i made into a cavity map with nDo2. I used these maps as a base lighting pass and painted over them. Pretty pleased with the results.
@ Denicon - i can recomment you this : lession 5, of digital tutors maybe its helps ;) But there tons of ways to do it, you can only sculp the bones and do the rest later in Maya/Max - import back to zbrush. You can also do the wings with zspheres or with the "copyobjektbrush" (dunno the exactly name).. Great work guys !
Been continuing my research into artistic shaders (for my Masters Degree), this time attempting to recreate the style of the Fable 3 concept art; splotchy, sketchy, with mostly earthy colours. As i'm concentrating on shader development, I didn't want to spend too long building an appropriate mesh to apply it to. Instead, I…
I'm still trying to learn Zbrush. I made this with Zspheres, painted, sculpted and UVmapped using UVmaster. I'm not happy with it but I ran out of time and can't find anyone off-net to help me so here are the results. I hope I never have to look at it ever again at this point. I did learn a lot doing it. I'm going to use…
