I think the face is fantastic but I don't feel it's right for Cammy. I feel as though your character is young, inexperienced in combat, but has an intensity to her face because she is trying to hide her fear. I think the original 3d overpaint better describes Cammy's character. Specifically, i think it's the shape of the…
The Rise of Thane Cydizia, a beast who had sparked a
revolution creating a war between man and beast. His brethren, enslaved as military
puppets, until now. Freed by a maid who Thane saved and protected during the great
collapse, she saw the kindness in his heart that his slavers couldn’t see. She
applied to work the dens…
I think you need to rework the anatomy some. Her neck is much too wide for instance and the pelvis area is a bit thin in side-view compared to the rest of her body. Her back(near the neck) is much too wide and her forearms are a bit too large. I think a better idea would be to follow some good anatomy pictures more…
Hi Roxanne! This looks awesome! I have a couple suggestions - her eyes look kindof unnaturally large, so I would shrink them a bit. Her jaw also looks too thin, even for stylized, as well as the bridge of the nose. She has a great profile though ;) Also this is really nitpicky but it's kinda bugging me - the shirt hangs…
Ooooo, I'm glad I ran across this project - she's looking pretty darn badass! I'll be interested to see how you handle all that fur as everyone seems to have a slightly different approach. It would be lovely to see some additional detail in her face and perhaps hardening up her features somewhat. She still looks great at…
Honestly, I love and dislike this character at the same time. I don't like the little design on the figures on her headpiece, granted they are done wonderfully, but it breaks the design, I think it would benefit for her overall design to have a more nouveau pattern you have on her torso it would look better. also the clean…
my girlfriend is acutally getting her PhD at UCLA in inorganic chemistry and i asked her about it since nanotech is her meat and potatoes and has been published in several science journals for her reaserch there and at georgia tech.. they actually had a talk about it and came to the conclution that its pretty impossible…
Thanks to both of you for responding - and thanks for transferring this to P&P. I figured that'd be this thread's natural home, but thought I'd check to see if I should be on Polycount at all first. =) So, basically... the project is Caide, a cargo ship captain in a space opera. It's a personal project made with the…
ComradeJ: Gillian Anderson is only 5'3" tall, so I think the visible height of the model isn't actually too far off. Possibly the head could be smaller, but only a tad. I think the main thing that's throwing off the proportions is the cut of the suit, I don't think she ever wore one cut like that (although I'd be…
Loving that fabric detail. I think all of your folds look pretty great except around the crotch area. The one fold seems to stretch across the divide a little weird. Maybe rework that area. Also, her pose. Her legs look really bowed and unnatural. Is she supposed to be balancing on something? I get that she can't see where…
