The program is doing something normally requiring laser scanning or the like, so for rotated images it does require a decent mask to work. The help files goes into detail about masking. If you have a clear background color setting the mask is fairly simple, you usually only have to paint out a few bits here and there. On… -

awww someone angry that they got their rave shut down? This is a one sided story. in the video there is nothing out of the ordinary if the people are being brought down they didnt just get singled out. Apparently they were doing something wrong. I saw a tazer laser sight at one point which means they weren't using lethal… -

I can agree with the revamp. But this is not Star Trek. They should have called it something else. The original teaser gave an impression that it would be a little less "lets drive cars over cliffs". I can already see that half the movie is going to be a parallel story between little kirk and little spock growing up worlds… -

XnView is pretty decent at reading PSDs. You can even cycle through the layers, though layer transparency and blending modes are not very well previewed. -

You can isolate a layer by clicking on it. I think it probably needs to highlight the layer you are over to let you know you can do that. -

I'm not really sure what you mean about "layer them in shader" can you elaborate? does it have something to do with the layered shader? -

Not sure if this will work but you could try creating another layer in biped, keying the bip01 to the spot you want it and then collapsing the layers. Sorry for poor explanation :|
