Beautiful, beautiful work! I would run the albedo on the black marble through PBR validate, and then drop a PBR safe albedo node right before final output, with tolerance on 0 to bring the dark values into proper range.(granted you are using substance designer?), the value seems to be outside the PBR range?
Cant make cause work schedule. Have fun. Also, fwiw, I cant look at the event page on Facebook unless Im signed in. Which I don't have (nor want) an account. (Yea I'm kinda making a statement about a PC event being on here versus a third party).
Your still life paintings are quite nice. I also like the value paintings you've done. You might want to try to use a larger range of the value spectrum when doing more grayscale images, there's not much black in them, and having a larger range can be pretty useful. :) Keep it up!
I still see material/texture job art postings. Now granted numerically the number of open material/texture art jobs are probably on the lower end compared to other 3d art jobs but they are still there and hey if its of any comfort at least there are many more material/texture artist job openings than there are game writer…

Its very hard for me to make some good looking deformation with it and it seems i have to weight every single vert and cant use the envlopes because they are much to imprecise. Are there any good Tutorials? Also annoying is…

Usually, if the king is going to battle, they're in incredibly expensive, full suit plate armour. Last time I played, the king was unarmoured, and was always sniped to death by archers. That was so unrealistic and non-immersive. Kings would have access to the most amazing, functional armour of their times, and they were…

You want to avoid long thin triangles wherever you can really. Even when everything is synced they can cause other issues and for the most part such topology is unnecessary. I cant really tell what is going on with your topology exactly due to the angle of the screenshot, but you probably want something more like this.
