Yea this isn't at all unusual. According to the credits for Bully it was made by about 6 people. Of course it wasn't ...but so many people had left by the time it was actually finished. I hope it stays the 1vs1 competition, though I need to learn how to render! It pushes you as an artist to go into areas that are your weaker ones and learn how to get better as an overall artist. The animation was my favourite part. Few games have gotten that level of quality lip syncing. The use of normal maps within the game was well done. Usually subtle enough that you didn't always notice they were being used. Character normal maps were quite a bit weaker though due to how subtle they tended to be.
Which one u like to work with? Black and white masking pipeline can reduce the amount of texture i use for complete map. But traditional spec map workflow seems quite friendly when it ported to weaker devices or different platform. I know unity love this. But I could be wrong btw
Drop the weapons. Your portfolio is only as strong as your weakest piece and they are much weaker than your environments. Hi, Amazing portfolio, probably one of my favourite so far. Clean presentation; your 2d stuff is especially solid. My only issue is too few 3d works, and being generally weaker than your 2d stuff. But some of them are still great! You're very talented, great work and good luck!
I don't believe that it is a browser issue as the Flash player which also is a plugin can run at 60 fps on a mac - although stage3d performance on the mac is in general a bit weaker as on PC. I would expect similar performance differences with the Unity plugin on mac or PC but in booth cases it should be able to handle 60…
I thought it was interesting but the inclusion of multiple "dead ends" was kinda annoying and I found myself less immersed than regular black mirror episodes because I was always waiting for choice options to come up and they were pretty heavily forecast. I love black mirror but this was one of the weaker episodes i feel.
