As LRoy said forms are more important, later you can go into those nitty gritty anatomical stuff. I find the best way, imo, to practice learning forms is drawing gestures everyday.
Artstation Learning Center Free for the year after that i suppose you have to pay so ingest everything everyday/week/month even every hour if you learn that fast. Youtube Best of luck.
Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that I will be updating you guys everyday with what I am working on. I need to get into a better habit for posting my work.
you dont have to post everyday. just post when theres a HUGE change in your work. posting too many changes in a short amount of time is too tedious. good luck
Agreed! Most people don't care about the prizes (even though they're quite interesting!) and are just here to improve. It's not everyday you can get feedback from other FX artists. :)
You are making an everyday, probably other wise boring context, into something beautiful. I would love to give you feedback, but I'm having a hard time finding fault in this... Looks great!
Everyday basically, I always have a personal project of some sort going + modelling at work. It's very rare that I'll have a day of no modelling, it basically only happens if I'm out of country.
Still trying to get good after 7 years doing art and 3 years in the video game industry. SPOILER : You never get good. You just suck a little bit less everyday.
If you haven't any graphist, why don't you try to make an abstract looking game, like Darwinia, System Protocol One, Everyday Shooter, etc. I think you will be evaluated on the gameplay, not the graphics.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0058212/ How to murder your wife, 1965 film might be worth a watch in relation to that! I would just add an extra pinch of salt to someones meal everyday, that will teach them....
