Hey Jose, they looks great so far as a WIP project! Personally, I think most of your textures are great - Except the floor one that is on the edge of the stairs and the upper level wall. They need more dirts and be more dirty like other stuff. Also, if the scene has been there for a while, you might want to add some yellow… -

Weren't to sure about throwing dirt on the laptop texture, but it probably makes more sense with it dirty since sand basically gets into every corner and quick too , if the wind is blowing.
