Do they have a GitHub where you can post an Issue for this? That would be my first stop, usually the developers will either have answers or they will be grateful for bug reports with clear repro steps so they can fix it. -

very much agreed Hype/Marketing are the words. . 4.27 im good to keep. Now I understand, depends on projects/products you ship etc. 5 / 6 could be handy. when it comes to "hardcore" projects, I ll always pick UE4. -

Thanks! :) Absolutely, I can definitely share some wireframes. Just a heads-up: I haven't applied any bevels yet, only some basic surface smoothing. I'm planning to do a proper retopology pass later, definitely not the most exciting part of the process haha! -

Nice writeups @Thanez, although apologies think I'm derailing this topic a bit but yeah I've dabbled with Blender's rounded edge shader which indeed does bear looking into for future reference, if the OP should wish to do so at some point. Anyway briefly vanilla workflow is imo fairly adequate in terms of most hard surface… -
