Some great pieces in here, those plants are really interesting. I did a tutorial on exotic plants for 3dartist magazine and these would have come in handy.

Tom Parker's hair tutorial is the best one out there : http://www.3dartistonline.com/news/2015/04/how-do-i-create-real-time-hair-for-games/ It may seem a bit tedious but there is no trick to make good realistic hair. You just have to spend a lot of time on it.
