Update 1: * Started by removing excavation equipment pro * Changed wall lighting to a whiter hue * Began experimenting with materials * Started a wood/metal theme on the ground with stone/concrete above

Another thing to consider is a texture atlas, that will combine all of your textures into one big texture atlas. Example, 4 textures at 512x512 combined into 1 texture at 4k Just an idea :)
Your indirect resolution is low : try raising it to 2-4 , Also your indirect intensity, typically that value would be left at 1. How are your lightmap UVs being created?
For animation and feature film we still use the spec/gloss workflow most of the time. I personally find it easier to comprehend too when 1 = fully reflective and 0 = none.
