Hello all! First congratulate you on your work and especially thank you for letting us share our work This is my workshop, I have worked many hours to create these skins for you, I hope you like them and share them with friends . Thanks for reading my post My workshop: http://steamcommunity.com/id/workgo/myworkshopfiles/…
Hey everyone, pretty new to the workshop but gonna try and keep consistent with creating items. This is where I will post what I am currently working on . Also, if anyone wants to do a collab with me, I am a wonderful rigger and animator. You'll probably want to wait until you see some more things in this thread but I am…
Hey everyone! I wanted to throw out an invite to anyone interested in joining me this weekend for my Advanced High Poly Modeling workshop on Saturday at the Art Institute San Diego! I'll be covering some practical techniques on approaching high poly modeling for games, share some insight into maximizing your efficiency…
Update: Worked more on defining the model and getting it out of a blockout stage. I also began working on a trim sheet for this model, still workshopping this and figuring out exactly what I need, so I have left some empty space. If anyone has any thoughts or feedback I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks:)
Hello! I’m a student writing my Master’s thesis about Revenue-sharing for User-Generated content. The focus lies on the Steam Workshop and its users that create content for the games Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Dota 2. I’ve submitted content to the Workshop myself and I’m very interested in the…
Hey Guys I just created my first proper CS:GO Workshop Skin, hope you like it and please give some feedback ;) I am not really sure if this is how you are supposed to use Polycount to present your skins but Steam Workshop told me I could link my "Polycount-Page" so i guess this is my page then?! (If not, please tell me and…
The Art of Rigging seemed to popular a few years ago: http://www.cgtoolkit.com/book1.htm Digital Tutors, Gnomon Workshop, Eat3D and 3D Motive all have tutorials on the subject. CG Academy also have a few DVDs: https://www.cg-academy.net/es_catalog/index.php?cPath=22&osCsid=6eoa1h0lfej1l0c2sqhvdatj6nup5v7g
I'm fairly sure you can submit items to the workshop just fine, you just can't be paid for it. They will keep track of the amount your items earn though, so that if your bank and tax information gets sorted out they will pay you what your items had earned previously.
I tried to be descriptive as possible, but I guess I was a little too vague? I'm looking to just get a Medallion of Courage helmet onto Dazzle with flaming purple eyes on the mask. I don't have experience in the workshop and am just throwing what I thought was a creative idea out there.
I like the idea! I think the materials could use some more work to bring each element out a little more but the idea is great i think. Are you gonna put it onto the workshop? I know it's a test, but might give you a chance to see how the full process is.
