FOUND SOLUTION: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=776174 Construction History was turned off somehow, turned it back on. The button is to the left of the rendering icons on the Status Bar of Maya 2012. -

When importing model in to model that already have levels zbrush automatically project if you agree of course that function would still exist even if they remove project button in the menu -

Oh, i think i found the problem. I guess it's TexTools button for converting UV to 3D space which caused this mess. Great! One day wasted for nothing. -

It's in the drop down menu next to the perspective view button: "Field of VIew (H)". But in your case it probably makes more sense to add a camera actor to the scene and set it that way.
