made the head bigger, and defined the shoulder muscle, it was blending into the peck before. besdies that, it looks good to ME, but im not the greatest with anatomy either. -

Another big difference is in rigging and shading complexity. VFX might use dozens of masks per asset in multi-layered blend shaders. -

For normal map generation I'd suggest xNormal as well. xNormal also does antialiasing on floating geometry, so the edges will blend well. -

made a few minor lighting changes to the emissives to add a bit more personality, also added glowing cracks to the stone the sword is in to blend them together better
