Are you playing in 480p with the expensive componet cables to get the best picture, or just the bog standard Wii cables which look awful? People who use the standard Wii cables or cheaper component cables dont seem to get the FPS judder. Plus I'm hardly going to feel bad about buying a LE40M86BD which works flawlessly in…
Damn, there's some awesome stuff in here!!! One of the first models I ever made and animated - in 'truespace 2' !!! Click the image for the 368kb WMV. Check out the bump mapping and mostly procedural texturing. I think there's a cubic reflection map on that glass hatch too. Circa about '98 - '99. Crazee sk1llzzz.
I never really liked FF11 that much. My roommate is playing it on 360 currently but after watching many hours of it, I still dont see much appeal in it. WoW does have much more interesting quests and environments. Give Ragnarok Online a try. It's extremely cute with lots of classes. I played it from alpha well into pay to…
hmmm, maybe you could do a bunch of nice skyboxes out of this 360° stuff, too bad the top isn't included and the resolution is quite low. But with some artistic talent it would be possible I guess.
thx. for c&c/fresh eyes, I turned the gi lightening up a bit and adjusted the diffuse overlay of the normalmap... and call it finished now: 360° Turnaround &boobs : the local (male) citizens like it very much. they say that its perfect for a "meeting place" - rock, they say the place feels much warmer now. only the female…
Yeah, I could play with those... I tried getting a way to work on the top of a subdivided sphere, but it didn't get the results I wanted... I'll play around with it a bit more. How did you get the wave to be 360 degrees? When I apply a wave modifier, it seems to be flat. Still wondering why reactor isn't behaving properly…
Sorry for the long quote but seriously this is very true and though I dont have any numbers I would believe blizzards games do end up with much less piracy. I could be completely wrong but look at warcraft 3 or even starcraft. They still have fairly large community's online and it is understandable why. The games are made…

i actually picked up the 19" Gateway widescreen one. It does 720p for my 360 which is nice and the color is wonderful, plus it only cost 190 bucks. But yeah Samsung or the Dell LCDs are great.
